At Inner Element Massage you choose between oil and lotion. Most people tend to say that oil feels smoother and gives a better feel to the massage. Lotion, on the other hand, absorbs into the skin more completely and doesn't give you that oily feeling that oil often does after a massage.

You also choose between scented or non-scented oil and lotion. We have divided our personally blended oils and lotions into four elements to help you decide which aromatherapy benefits are most appealing to you.

Important notes on essential oils:

Pregnancy. Our Air and Fire blends should be avoided during pregnancy. We recommend choosing non-scented if you are pregnant. However, Earth and Water elements only need to be avoided during the first three months of pregnancy.

Alcohol. It is important to remember that while essential oils are being used, it is wise not to drink alcohol. This is particularly applicable when choosing our Air blend.
